BOOTMGR is Missing - No DVD/CD Solved - Windows 7 Help Forums

Anyway, I restarted, and now I am getting the BOOTMGR is missing error. It is a Sony Vaio ... It did not come with a MSFT/recovery/Sony, or any type of CD/DVD.
