髖部骨折（hip fracture）是老年人跌倒時常見的骨折，臨床上依解剖位置的不同，分為股骨頭骨折（femoral head fracture），股骨頸骨折（femoral neck fracture），以及轉子間骨折（intertrochanteric fracture）。
