摘 要 Site-specific natural isotope fractionation by nuclear magnetic resonance (SNIF-NMR) is an accurate method for examining food adulteration. SNIF-NMR can be used to determine the ratio of deuterium to hydrogen (D/H) of a specific molecule position.
